Why I founded this company:

The challenges kept coming.

Penniless, physically ill, and mentally broken, I battled my way back.

I learned, the hard way, how to not just survive, but thrive!

In 2000, after years of alcohol and drug abuse, I got sober. Getting sober was not easy for me. I didn’t have low self-esteem; I had NO self-esteem. It's hard to save yourself when you don't believe you are worth saving. I started the climb back from the brink through a recovery program surrounded by structure, support, and love. I was determined to build a better, healthier, and more engaged life.

I had no idea how to live once I got sober. My marriage had ended, my career was in ruins, my health was in the toilet and I was in debt up to my eyeballs. Systematically, step by step, I addressed each area of my life.

I worked with nutritionists using my health as a case study. I enrolled in school to learn about the psychological effects of food on the body and mind.

I met with people who had recovered from economic ruin. I educated myself on credit, lending, and saving and listened to financial gurus to understand how money worked. I was shocked to discover my unhealthy relationship with it and how self-sabotage kept me struggling.

Organizing became my meditation. It helped me focus and I felt clearer and more serene. When everything was in its place and clean, I was at peace. I started doing it for other people. They benefited and I felt purposeful.

I've spent my career developing, building, and establishing successful businesses for others. Working in a myriad of fields from corporate to artistic, I excelled at connecting with people. I enjoyed cultivating, developing, and maintaining relationships. Once I turned my life around, I found true fulfillment in helping others. I helped friends improve their health, economic status, and the state of their homes and offices without provocation not realizing, in those early days, that this was my calling.

After leaving the corporate structure in November of 2022, I turned my passion into a business centered on psychological relationships and attachments.

Flynn Holistic was designed to teach others to harness the power of whole-life health through addiction recovery, nutrition awareness, financial clarity and solvency,  and home/office/life organization. Addressing mental obstacles, and emotional blocks,  we erode unhealthy beliefs and severe destructive attachments.

I discovered through my journey; that the opposite of addiction or dysfunction is connection. Applying this to other areas of a person's life where challenges, obsessive, or compulsive behavior, or unhealthy habits are rooted has shown extensive, documented results.

I have witnessed my clients obtain freedom...emotionally, physically, psychologically, and spiritually!

It is profound and what I was destined to do.
